At AWDMods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must include all original accessories, hardware, and documentation
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply for opened items (up to 20%)
Made to Order Items
Made to Order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are custom manufactured specifically for your order.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at admin@awdmods.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@awdmods.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
