Terms of Service

Payments

All payments shall be made via credit card, PayPal, Affirm, or Google Pay. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Returns

  1. All questions regarding workmanship or defects in products purchased should be handled through our return customer service department. Please state the problem briefly in your request for an RMA# (Return Material Authorization).
  2. No credit shall be given unless you include a copy of the original printed invoice containing your name, order number, and other pertinent data.
  3. No credit will be given if the product has been used, installed, or unboxed/without original box, unless otherwise specified.
  4. No returns will be accepted on any product over 90 days old unless previously warranted in writing by AWDMods.
  5. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% depending on the circumstance of the return.
  6. Although some orders qualify for free or discounted shipping, the cost to ship these items is not free. Depending on the circumstance of the return, the original shipping cost plus any additional cost to return the item(s) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. Return to Senders — Packages marked as return to sender for any reason will be treated as a return. These items will be refunded minus the original shipping cost to the original payment method.

International Shipments

International shipments may require an additional shipping fee. AWDMods may contact you regarding extra charges for shipping to your international address. Please note this does not include customs fees, local taxes & duties, etc. unless otherwise stated in writing.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost because the customer entered an incorrect shipping address at time of purchase, the customer is liable for the order amount. If a package is lost and the customer entered the correct shipping information, we will submit a claim with the shipping carrier before proceeding with a replacement shipment. Please allow a grace period of 30 days to allow time for the package to be returned or delivered.

Refunds

All refunds, once approved by our RMA department, will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may not exceed the original purchase price and may not include freight charges. In some cases, refunds may not cover the complete purchase price if the product is being returned for reasons other than a defect. Restock charges will apply when a customer incorrectly ordered a product — up to 30%, along with original shipping fees.

Promotions or Specials

Promotions may be for a limited time only and may be replaced or eliminated at any time by AWDMods without notice.

Cancellation

Orders cancelled immediately will not be charged to your account. However, if you cancel an order after it has shipped and been charged, there may be a restock charge when the product is returned. Orders are entered for shipment into our system in real time and may not be cancellable after 24–48 hours.

Assignment

Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express written consent of AWDMods.

Laws of California

This agreement between the customer and AWDMods is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer agrees that California courts have jurisdiction over this agreement. The prevailing party in any dispute, lawsuit, or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

Guarantee

We guarantee products to be free from manufacturer's defects. Products may be returned unopened up to 90 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. A copy of the original invoice must be included. The amount of credit will not exceed the original purchase price. AWDMods is not responsible for damage caused by unusual storage conditions, neglect, or misuse.

Privacy

We guarantee the privacy of all information given to us when making purchases. This information will never be shared, sold, or rented to other persons, companies, or organizations. No unauthorized charges will ever be made by AWDMods to your credit card.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. AWDMods reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Such errors may relate to product description, pricing, availability, or otherwise.

Disclaimer

Some parts sold by AWDMods may be intended for off-road or closed-course competition use only and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways — please check your local regulations. Installation of aftermarket modifications is at the customer's own risk. AWDMods cannot be held liable for damage to property, persons, or vehicles resulting from products purchased on this site. The customer assumes all costs and risks associated with the installation, use, and purchase of aftermarket items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are compatible with their vehicle's make, model, and year. Some items may void factory warranties.
